Casa Rural A Cashiña da Lagarteira

The jacuzzi and projector area was a real treat. Being able to watch a favorite series or movie while taking a relaxing bath was great. There are two fridges, one in the kitchen-living room and a smaller one in the jacuzzi area, stocked with soft drinks, water, beer, and wine. We spent a 3-night holiday weekend here, and it was one of the best country houses or hotels we’ve stayed in. The decor is lovely, everything was in perfect condition, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our host was polite and very friendly. There were thoughtful welcome touches, including champagne, chocolates, and local cured meats for breakfast or afternoon tea. Rubén was a great host and recommended places in Sierra de Gata and nearby villages in Portugal. A spectacular house for relaxing and switching off, or for exploring the area.

We only stayed for a day, but the house impressed us in every way. The jacuzzi area was beautifully decorated and had all the extras, including a stocked drinks fridge, bathrobes, and slippers. The drinks, breakfast, bathrooms, and kitchen were well supplied, too, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me, and I’ll recommend it to friends.

Rubén gave us a first-class welcome, and we’ll definitely come back. We spent the weekend in this beautiful house, where every detail is taken care of. The jacuzzi room is spectacular.

Rubén and Ana were wonderful hosts and suggested several things to do nearby. The recently renovated house has incredible decor and was very clean and disinfected. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the owners had breakfast supplies ready, including fruit, water, and canned goods. We had a lovely weekend and highly recommend the place. We’ll be back. ☺️☺️
