EntreArcos Casa Eco-Boutique

The design was breathtaking, and I took so many pictures. Everything was sparkling clean, with a lovely team, great service, and a good local, organic breakfast. It’s in a beautiful spot near artsy boutiques. We absolutely loved our stay, and felt so welcome. Thank you!

The location made it easy to walk to great shops, bars, and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A beautiful hotel where every detail seemed considered, making the stay more memorable.

Manuela, Esperanza, and Maria were all so friendly and professional. We had the very best stay at EntreArcos and will definitely come back! Best regards, Eva and friends.

We booked three nights through Agoda, and the final room confirmation with the door code arrived the day before we came. When we entered, another guest’s belongings were inside, so we left immediately and contacted the front desk. They apologized, said there had been a mistake, and gave us another room, but it didn’t match the description we had booked on Agoda. Looking at the booking again, the room description and photos didn’t even seem to exist. We’d paid for one room but received the cheapest one. It took an hour and a half speaking with the front desk staff and manager to try to find a solution. We weren’t accusing anyone of making the mistake, but suggested paying for only two nights and getting a refund for the third since the room provided was much cheaper. They wouldn’t budge or seem interested in a solution in our favor. A few hours later they agreed to refund one night, but the hotel never did. Agoda eventually refunded us as a goodwill gesture. We didn’t feel comfortable and left after two days rather than stay longer. The hotel giving us full access to another guest’s belongings was absolutely unacceptable.
