The paellas were gorgeous, and the service was just as impressive.

Francisco looked after us at the restaurant today, and I especially want to thank him. My daughter became exhausted from the heat while we were there, and he was attentive to her throughout. He offered us all sorts of help and showed real care and empathy. That was customer service at its best. Thank you, Francisco.

At €90 a night, I don't understand how they can have such weak toilet pressure. The shower pressure was poor too, and there's no extra bed available. What are parents meant to do if they're traveling with a child? The receptionist was incredibly arrogant and rude. The location is the only good thing here. They need to make serious improvements to the service.
