The buffet had a good range of food for adults and children, and the staff and service were great. There are two nice pools, including one with slides and a lifeguard. There isn’t much right around the hotel, though. The nearest couple of plazas with bars and restaurants are over a 20-minute walk away. Also, there’s a large nudist community along the beach from the hotel.

Cesar, the subdirector, is always kind and polite to us, the clients, and does excellent work with the resources he has. We hope his bosses promote him soon. He’s a great worker.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the beach, and both pools were nice, with plenty of loungers. There were activities for children and a show each night around 10 p.m., such as a magician or comedy. The buffet had a good selection, including vegetarian and kid-friendly options.

The beach and pool were lovely, the area was quiet, and the food was okay. But language was a real barrier, since very few people spoke English, even at reception, where we had to wait for someone who could. For shopping or sightseeing, you need to go to Almeria city, about an hour away. A taxi costs 90 euros each way, or you can take a bus and buy tickets online.

The staff were amazing and the food was great. Kids will love the slides, though the sunbeds and chairs at the pool bar are really uncomfortable.
