The hotel is warm and modern, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff. The ski areas are a drive of 20 minutes or more away. I'd stay again.

The main problem for me was the noise: I could hear people walking on the floors above and everything in the next room, even though they were an ordinary couple and weren't shouting. If noise doesn't bother you, the hotel is fine. The rooms are a good size and a little old, which I don't mind; it feels more ecological than replacing things constantly. Breakfast was good, and receptionist Ester was really nice. She even stayed past her shift for a while to give us excellent hiking advice.

We stayed here on 6/7th June 2023 and would definitely come back. It's a fabulous place in the lovely little town of Viela, with stunning surroundings and views. There's underground parking where we could safely store our motorbikes, and plenty to see and do. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly.

The room on the third floor was really small, so it might not be practical if you want to spend much time at the hotel. If you're mostly out, though, it's less of an issue. The lobby was cozy and comfortable, the staff were cute and helpful, and we had a great time. Breakfast was great, mostly homemade.

This is a lovely family-run hotel, and we've stayed here twice now. The staff are friendly, it's clean and warm, and the breakfast is fantastic. We'll definitely return.
