Check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. I booked through Booking.com for myself and my four-year-old daughter, for four nights. The first night, other guests came back making so much noise that they woke us after midnight. I think guests should be asked to be more considerate. I also found out the next morning that breakfast wasn't included, though maybe I'd made that mistake on the booking site. When we got back later, the room hadn't been cleaned and the towels hadn't been changed. I could live with that, but the next morning the cleaning staff were unbearably loud, and someone tried to enter while my daughter and I were still in the room. I asked to cancel the fourth night, but the hotel wouldn't grant it. I understand the booking was through an outside platform, but I'm considering losing that money just to leave. Loud, noisy, poorly managed, and horrible service. Maybe it's fine for couples or groups of friends, but please don't come here with children. You may regret it and turn a vacation into a hell-cation.

Vielha is a lovely little town, and this is a clean little hotel with a friendly, nice host. We visited off season and would have liked coffee or tea available, perhaps with a small kettle in the room. The rooms were clean, though the bed wasn't great. The bathroom is old and tiny, but very clean. For one or two nights, it's a good spot at a reasonable price.

Rooms are large and clean, and the location is perfect. At 70€ a night, it's much cheaper than other places to stay. Breakfast costs an extra 8€ per person and isn't worth it. Some rooms on the first floor are at street level, since the building faces two streets, and it gets quite noisy. That could be a real problem if you have trouble sleeping. The rest was fine.

The rooms are nice, and for Viella the price is about average. It's worth staying for a weekend or a longer holiday, though breakfast isn't included :(

The room was great, the owner was friendly, and breakfast was amazing, with homemade jams and yogurts. Excellent.
