The team made the stay for us. They were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful, and shared plenty of good local tips on what to see and where to eat. You could tell they cared about their guests. The location was excellent too, close enough to walk everywhere but quiet enough to rest after a long day. The hotel feels a bit outdated, the beds were softer than we like, and the heating seemed to stay on overnight, which sometimes made sleep difficult. Even so, the great location and especially the staff more than made up for those things. We’d happily stay again.

We loved our five-night stay in a one-bedroom flat on the second floor. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with everything close by. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s a great-value self-catering option in lovely Vielha.

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, the pool is warm, and the location in town is great. There’s a fine restaurant right next door, too. The hosts are genial. I’ve tried most places in Vielha, and this is easily my favorite. My wife’s happy here as well. Highly recommend.

The rooms and staff didn’t impress me, and I didn’t think the price was justified, though that might be because this mountain town has limited hotel options. The WiFi was nearly useless, hot water kept turning cold, and the heaters didn’t work when it got cold. Just an average stay.

We spent four nights here in low season and went hiking every day. The hotel was cheaper and the town was quiet, although many restaurants were closed. If you’re not here to ski, this could be a good time to visit. I really appreciated Ms. Carmen at reception. She was so nice and explained everything we needed to know. Thank you!
