The breakfast was included and very good, and the hotel is close to both Vigo’s rail and bus stations. The place is comfortable and stylish, and the staff were notably friendly.

The rooms were nice, but the staff experience left me disappointed. The breakfast staff were especially disrespectful.

The rooms are on the small side, but this is a great hotel in downtown Vigo for either work or leisure. There’s parking in the building, though it’s very tight and vans or larger cars may have trouble.

The receptionists really made the place special. They were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for us: we arrived by bus from Portugal and only had to pull our suitcases a few minutes. Shops, restaurants, and plazas were all around. Such a cute place.

6/10
We found the service friendly, though the hotel seemed a little understaffed. The location was good, within walking distance of the centre, and paid parking is available in the hotel, but maneuvering a larger car could be difficult. Our rooms were spacious and clean, although one unfortunately smelled of tobacco. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted good, despite the small breakfast room.
