The one-bedroom apartment was the better of the two. It’s spacious, quiet, warm, and on the fourth floor with an elevator. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a washing machine, and the shower gets nicely hot. The pillows, though, were really uncomfortable. The studio, on the first floor, was much smaller and much noisier from the cars, though it quieted down in the evening. It was colder too, and its thermostat didn’t work. We eventually found a heater in a wardrobe and used it to warm the room somewhat. The studio also had a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a great hot shower. Both places were very clean and had coded entry, which was handy for two people. Getting help was a mixed experience. Customer service is only through WhatsApp, and most answers to my questions came fairly quickly. But when I said the studio was cold, I didn’t get a reply at first. I wrote again and was told about the thermostat, which wasn’t working. Nobody checked whether the room had warmed up or if everything was working. I called that evening and was told they’d call back with a solution, but they never did. We found the heater by chance; no one had mentioned it, even though I’d contacted them three times about the cold. There was only one chair for two people to eat at in the studio, which is ridiculous. Both places had coffee machines that take large capsules, but there were none in the one-bedroom apartment, and the studio had only two capsules, both with milk. If you provide a coffee machine for black coffee, it’s customary to leave at least two capsules. We stayed one night in each place. Both offer good value for the price, though the one-bedroom apartment is much, much better.
