Mas Dels Frares

Most of the rooms have their own bathrooms, which works really well for a family or a group of friends on holiday. The house itself is spectacular and easy to reach from the street, and the owners are very welcoming.

We’re already looking for dates to come back. We stayed for a weekend with our family of 12, and the restored farmhouse had plenty of comfortable, roomy spaces. There was everything we needed, from the fireplace and pool to the barbecue, chill-out area, ping-pong table, and foosball. It’s peaceful and away from noise, yet well connected. The owners are lovely and very accommodating, and have been in rural tourism for more than 20 years. A hug to the family! 🤗

The one thing I wish we’d known when booking is that the owners live there. We’d been looking for a place with no one else living in it, mostly because of concerns about noise and music. Still, I don’t think we bothered them much :P And I fell in love with the cat and her kittens :D We had a fantastic two nights. I absolutely loved the house, and the owner and family were warm and friendly, always there if we needed anything. Highly recommended!!!

So peaceful here, and it would suit families with children or a few days away with friends. The farmhouse is close to Girona and very well connected. It’s well maintained, with roomy bedrooms, a pool, barbecue, and covered parking.
