Carolina made our wine and cheese tasting such a great experience. She knew so much and was interesting to listen to. We asked lots of questions, and she shared a lot that helped us understand the winemaking process in this fascinating region. I’d highly recommend it!

The staff went the extra mile with special preparations for our honeymoon, which made the day even more memorable. Carol was professional and knew her subject well, and she made the whole wine tour feel special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it.

We chose the premium experience because the review sounded so good. We got to learn about how wine is made and stored, along with the other steps in the process, then sampled wine with plenty of cheese and ham. Rosa did a great job explaining how to recognize different wines and pair them. I wasn’t very good at that part, but it was still really cool.

Tatiana conducted the tasting in Russian, which helped my mother learn more about wine production from start to finish. The rest of us spoke English. It was a great gourmet and wine tasting, and the staff took care of all our needs. They even went the extra mile because we had a toddler with us.

Danny at the front desk welcomed us with a glass of one of their top cavas and made us feel like family. The restaurant meal was one of the best we’ve had in Spain, and breakfast was excellent too. The rooms had huge bathtubs, great showers, fabulous views, and all the amenities we could want. This is a very special hotel and tour, with unique architecture. Carol led our winery tour in English; she clearly loves her job and answered all our questions with enthusiasm and delight in the cava products. The wine and cava were flavorful, organic, and high quality. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we’ll be back.
