The staff, room, and breakfast were all perfect. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. My partner and I had a terrible experience with the service. At check-in, we waited outside for about 15-20 minutes while trying to call and let them know we'd arrived. There was no staff member there to greet us, just a machine handling the process. This should be made clear on the hotel's page so guests aren't caught by surprise. At checkout on 28.08.25, the receptionist treated us extremely badly. As soon as we came downstairs, she charged us a 5€ fine because we left 10-15 minutes after 12. She was rude and didn't explain the reason clearly. When I kept asking to see where this condition was written, she eventually showed me a document in Google Drive, which took her 10 minutes to find. She kept saying it was an internal hotel procedure and that guests should know about it. We were very upset by the whole thing. Guests shouldn't have to know or guess about internal procedures or prices that aren't displayed anywhere. Those details should be visible, and guests should also be welcomed properly. The employee lost control of the conversation, behaved inappropriately from start to finish, stood up from where she was sitting, and even raised her voice just because we asked a question we had every right to ask. We paid the 5€ to avoid any more hassle and continue our trip in peace. I want to express how unhappy I am with this hotel and the service we received, and warn future guests.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and everything felt clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. It's a bit out of the way, but the hotel offers great value for money. I'd highly recommend it.

We could clearly hear people talking in other rooms, and the nearby road was loud too. The poor soundproofing made it hard to get a good night's sleep. We also weren't told in advance that there would be no reception staff in the afternoon or evening. Check-in has to be done by phone, which is inconvenient if you don't know beforehand. That should have been communicated clearly when we booked.
