The way the spaces connect made it easy to photograph genuine moments without disrupting the day, and the light was beautiful, especially near sunset. I’ve shot weddings in lots of places, and this is easily my favorite venue to work at. The gardens, architecture, and interiors are all kept in stunning condition, and the thoughtful design made it a pleasure to create elegant, timeless images.

We look forward to returning to Gran Villa Rosa and working with the team each time. It’s such a special wedding venue in Barcelona, and we’ve held wedding weekends here because it has room for everyone and everything. Guests can stay, eat, and have what they need on site. There’s a pool, a large garden, a tennis court, and plenty of beautiful rooms.

With an event budget over €60,000, the service we received was unacceptable. The catering was disorganized, and six guests ended up without food. Guests were then made to pay extra for their meals, which was embarrassing and completely inappropriate. The original bill also left out the oysters, alcohol, and ham. Several things we had been promised weren’t provided, including the heated pool. The service quality did not match the price.

A huge storm hit during Saturday’s ceremony, but Felicia and the staff handled a tough situation really well. The whole GVR team helped make it a weekend we’ll remember forever. We had a wonderful wedding at Gran Villa Rosa, with rooms in great condition and a house that’s perfect for a long weekend celebration. Drinks were always available for guests, and all the food was very high quality.

The rooms were simple and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the food was delicious. We spent three magical days here for a wedding weekend. The property is spectacular, like a movie set, and even the photos don’t show how beautiful it is. The staff were lovely and accommodating.
