Apartament Can Mateu-Gran Terraza

The hosts were wonderful. Our flight was delayed, so we needed to stay until the evening. They kept our suitcases for us and even let us shower before leaving. The apartment is an easy two-minute walk from the station, with a direct train to Barcelona, and the quiet beach is about two minutes away. We loved having the big terrace for morning coffee and Sangria at night. We'll definitely be back, and I strongly recommend it.

We enjoyed the apartment so much that we've already booked another month for next year. The roof terrace gets sunshine right up to sunset, and the place has everything you need. The hosts are lovely and discreet, but available for questions or suggestions about what to do. Vilassar has an appealing mix of old town and newer areas, with boutique shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. The coastal promenade is great for a walk or run, and the trip along it to the local supermarket is hard to beat. Coming back, we'd often stop for coffee at one of the beach restaurants overlooking the Med. We'd love to keep this place to ourselves, but you won't be disappointed if you stay.

The apartment made a lovely place to spend a few restful days. It was cozy, well equipped, and the terrace was perfect for sun or an outdoor meal. The station and beach are both very close, with a lively area nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars. Service was friendly, quick, and reassuring. We'll be back!

Ana was a standout host, so do let her guide you. The apartment was very clean, and I loved the terrace. We had a great few days in this welcoming town with its pleasant atmosphere, and the place worked well for visiting Barcelona while still enjoying the beach.
