Casa Rural Celeste by Isla Bonita

The house is very cozy and rustic inside, though quite dark, with very little natural light. Still, I liked it a lot. It's peaceful, very clean, and has wonderful views. I'd recommend it.

The garden is beautifully kept, with native plants and flowers, a terrace with table and chairs, and spectacular views of the sea and airport. The planes weren't bothersome, as they don't fly at night. Two friendly, helpful cats would come by asking for food, but they didn't get in the way. There's a parking space by the steps down to the front door. The house has lovely antique furniture, wooden windows and doors, cabinets, and even the original upstairs flooring, all in perfect condition. Although it's a 200-year-old house and doesn't get much light, it's beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was spotless, from the iron and crockery to the washing machine, dishwasher, oven, heaters, Wi-Fi, and clothesline with clothespins. At night it got surprisingly cold, especially in the upstairs bedroom and the one with the double bed, but there were plenty of blankets and duvets in the closets. The eastern part of the island is often cloudy; during our eight days, we had just one sunny day, though that may have been the weather that week. Across the island, the weather was always sunny. The place felt a little isolated outside Mazo, and the roads leading there were very narrow and somewhat sketchy. There are several houses around it, though, and at night the property itself is well lit, unlike the surrounding roads. All in all, a wonderful stay, highly recommended.

On La Palma, in the municipality of Villa de Mazo, this beautiful rural house is set in lovely surroundings. It's furnished and equipped for up to 6 people, with gardens and terraces offering spectacular views.
