El Puentuco

The hosts were lovely and always there to answer our questions. We spent a long weekend surrounded by nature and peace, waking up to the stream and birds. The rooms had everything we needed to feel at home. In the common area, we could barbecue and play board games, and best of all, enjoy the heated indoor pool any time of year. We'll definitely return.

We were six families with children and had a great weekend. The grounds are huge, so the kids could play freely and safely. The indoor pool was a real plus, though I wish the water had been a little warmer. Our main difficulty was the shared area. It's too small for a large group, and with 18-22 of us together it felt cramped. The rooms are on the small side too, apart from a couple of larger ones, but we managed. There are no bathrooms in the common area, either. If you're eating there and need the toilet, you have to go outside, cross to the other building, and enter your room. That's manageable in good weather, but inconvenient when it's raining. The owner was friendly and willing to help at all times, which was the best part. It's a good family getaway, though a few details could be improved to make it more comfortable.

We had a fantastic time here, even with bad weather. The pool was wonderful, and the hosts made everything easy. We came as a family with our dogs and two 3-year-old children, and everyone enjoyed it. The house has everything you could need. Incredible place, 10 out of 10.

We had a spectacular weekend here as a family group with children, and were able to bring our pet too. The pool was a big hit and we made great use of it. The barbecue had everything we needed. Comfort and cleanliness were outstanding. Thanks to the Puentuco team. We'll be back!
