We felt completely at home with Alberto, and meeting him and learning from him was a real privilege. He and the other owners were delightful. The room, "the boat," was lovely, with beautiful views, a cozy fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and so much care in the decor. We also tried the Ofuro and loved it, and the food felt like something from a fine dining restaurant. A magical place for a weekend away in nature. I’d love to return soon.

The ofuro under the stars at 40°C was a perfect 10, and the new Arabic-inspired pool was refreshing in the morning. With both, we felt incredibly relaxed. We stayed on the boat, which is full of thoughtful comforts, and loved the house’s design and the Alto Mijares mountain views from every angle. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, on par with some of the best restaurants we know. Alberto cooks with skill and quality ingredients, and we enjoyed a little organic wine too. Nature, art, food, energy, and great conversations made this a perfect escape for people who love nature and quality. We’re grateful to Aisha and Alberto for taking such good care of their guests in their home.

Being able to bring our dogs made this already special stay even better. The room was gorgeous, with big windows beside the bed that made it feel like sleeping among the clouds. Alberto’s cooking was delicious, and the ofuro was an unforgettable experience. It’s the best place I’ve found to clear my mind, reconnect with myself, and feel close to nature. Thank you for creating such a special place to stay.

We stayed on the houseboat, and it was wonderful, with all the comforts we needed. The stove was my favorite, and the bathtub left me feeling completely refreshed. There’s quiet and a sense of peace everywhere. Alberto is a fantastic host. Thanks so much, we’ll be back.
