After a full day of sightseeing, the beach, or rides at Terra Mítica, these apartments are a lovely place to unwind. The staff are very friendly, and the apartments feel luxuriously equipped. There are three large white towers overlooking two outdoor pools, plus a third indoor pool you can use year-round. Fantastic apartments near the theme park, and 100% recommended.

The apartments are in Cala de Finestrat, about 400 meters from the beach, and the building has a bus stop right outside. There are swimming pools and tennis courts, with a shopping center nearby that has Carrefour, Mercadona, Leroy Merlin, and all services. There’s also a low-cost petrol station. Benidorm and Terra Mítica are close, and the apartments are for rent. The three towers have 26 floors each and good views.

The apartments are amazing, with tennis courts, mini-golf, basketball, pétanque, a fronton court, a garage, elevators including a freight elevator, and plenty of land for more. There’s also an indoor pool open all year and an outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, bridge, and jets. Everything seems to be working normally now, though the shared services dispute has affected things. Some owners with rental units weren’t paying their community fees and common expenses, so neighbors who do pay decided to pressure them this way. They still receive rental income and should pay their share. I hope this gets resolved soon. It seems to be moving in the right direction, and this could be a truly luxurious development.
