The room was big and nicely furnished, with a balcony, and really good value for the money. The receptionist even kindly shared his chocolate with me. Class act.

We paid a good price, and it made a handy base for seeing the area. It’s a quirky little Hostal, with a smaller beach just across the road and the main beaches about 10 minutes away. There’s a bar, restaurants, and a supermarket close by. The room was a bit dated and could use a coat of paint.

I think this place is a real bargain. It costs about half as much as the next cheapest hotel, and my double room is comfortable, clean, functional, and a bit kitschy in a way I like. The guy here was fantastic and even stayed up until 1 a.m. for me to arrive. It’s a budget hotel, so check the photos to make sure it suits you. For the price, I can’t complain.

We stayed six nights, and the owner was really helpful. There’s a terrace where you can have a drink or eat, and our clean room had a balcony. For the money, it’s great value if that’s what you’re looking for.
