Rel Jate Junto al mar en Apartamento Cala Alta

Really excellent.

I’d pick the place listed online as "cala cosy." It’s a fantastic apartment on the fifth floor of block 3, with two bedrooms for four people, a living-room sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a laundry room and a huge panoramic terrace. The complex itself is pleasant, with lots of green space and two pools, including a children's pool with a little play area. Shops, markets, bars and restaurants are close by. Playa de Finestrat is 4-5 minutes away, and La Cala beach, at the end of Benidorm's Poniente Beach, takes about 10 minutes to reach.

It's peaceful here until the rental guests arrive in droves from the second half of June. The pool is tiny for a complex with more than 250 apartments.

I was invited to visit and was impressed by how friendly the neighbors were with each other, and how committed they are to keeping the Urbanization tidy and in order.
