The staff were very good and friendly, and the rooms and service were good too. The area is really pretty, and I'd still recommend a visit if you like fishing, but book ahead. Things have changed since our last stay, though. The menu wasn't very good, and they've taken off a lot of the food we used to look forward to, like chicken noodle soup with fresh bread, along with other dishes.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the hotel was clean. We also found the staff warm and attentive. The children loved being surrounded by forest, and it was such a magical place to unwind and enjoy nature.

We pulled in with our bikes for breakfast and loved the natural setting. The hotel looked very well cared for, though I can only speak to the café and area around it. Fishing isn't allowed anymore, and I don't know the reason. Still, it's well worth a visit.

It was almost 4 pm on the last day of the season, and the place was busy, but the staff still kindly made sure I could get lunch. I found it on Maps after visiting the Enchanted City. The outdoor setting was lovely, and the migas were delicious. Everyone serving me was outstanding even while overwhelmed. Thank you!

Dainé is a real gem. She notices every little thing and is always attentive, the kind of employee you rarely come across. The terrace is spectacular, right by the river, where the kids can swim on their own while you have a coffee. We went during the heatwave week and wore jackets on all but one evening, so I'm not even sure air conditioning is needed, though it's the one thing missing. Absolutely fantastic.
