There was no Wi-Fi. The bathroom looked great, but the shower tray drained poorly and some water spilled out. The lighting was good. Outside it was 1 degree Celsius when we arrived, and the apartment was freezing with the radiators off. We switched them on and waited about three hours for the room to warm up.

The owner was friendly and always around to answer our questions. We stayed six days with our cat 🐥, and there was no extra charge, which we really appreciated. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen, dining area, heating and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. We could park easily by the town square right next door, and cafes, bars, a laundromat and supermarkets were just a few minutes away on foot. It was a very comfortable stay and the best choice we could have made with our pet.

Right in the heart of Villalba, and it felt like home with every detail taken care of. We had an issue with the keys, but the owner sorted it out immediately. Communication was excellent. 100% recommended!

A terrible experience. We had a serious problem during our stay and had to leave in a hurry, so we tried to get at least some of our money back because we needed it. We explained to the owner why we couldn't stay any longer, but he sidestepped what we said and blamed Booking.com for charging him a commission. That seemed ridiculous to me next to the €500 we had paid for three days. On the next call he said he'd check with his advisor, but that was two days ago, and it felt like more lies. We didn't leave the apartment by choice, and this felt like a complete scam. They won't take us for fools again.

It's brand new and really nice, with everything you need. Since it's on the ground floor, you hear what's going on outside, though the street is very quiet. Still, it's great!
