Everything was clean and shared with other travelers, and the pillows, sheets, and mattress were high quality. The atmosphere was peaceful, ideal for an overnight stop and a good night's sleep. Breakfast was complete and made the trip feel spectacular. For the quality, the five-star service seems underpriced; it should cost more.

We had a reservation made four months earlier, but arrived to find there was no room for us. The company handling bookings hadn't told the owner, and we never got to stay. We were still in Albacete when they had to call the United States to process the refund, which was surreal. While we were stuck without accommodation, rooms showed as available online. She mentioned two rooms, then wouldn't give them to us because “they were a different price.” She offered somewhere in the next town instead. Luckily, we found another wonderful hotel in the town center, where they told us they'd seen similar problems here. Don't go.

The owner was very friendly and the service was excellent. My room was clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast. I stayed one night and had a good experience. Recommended!

I cancelled the room within the stated period for a full refund, but they still haven't returned a single Euro. Their service is horrible, and I've reported them to the police for being thieves and unprofessional.
