Apartamentos Turisticos Paseo de la Alameda

We came all the way from Tenerife and loved our time at Apartamentos Paseo de la Alameda in Villaviciosa. Arantxa was kind and attentive from the start. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could need, including a full kitchen, washing machine, pot, and clothesline. We also appreciated the bottle of cider waiting for us, a friendly Asturian touch. The beds were comfortable, and the rustic decor and terrace made it especially charming. It was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. There's a tree-lined promenade and a lovely walkway right behind the apartments, plus other places to walk nearby. The location is peaceful, with parking right in front, and only a few minutes' walk from Villaviciosa's center. We'll stay here again when we're back, and highly recommend it.

Arancha was especially kind and attentive. She makes sure everything is to your liking, is always available with recommendations, and offers whatever help she can. The apartment was welcomingly decorated, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed. It sits in a quiet spot by the river with easy parking. I'd gladly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The owner, Arancha, is a lovely person and a true professional. She's always kind and makes sure you have what you need. I've been there often on weekends and holidays, and keep choosing these apartments for their great location and comfort. The rustic decor is lovely and welcoming, and they have everything I need, including when I want to cook and eat in. I've stayed in different apartments over the years, and every one has been beautiful and comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness. I'll be back whenever I can.
