I got sick the day before our reservation. We had to call several times before we could get through, and they wouldn’t let us change the dates, cancel, or do anything about it. The customer service was terrible. If you book here, be careful: when there’s a problem, it’s hard to reach them, and if you do, they ignore you.

The area around the place is beautiful, but it’s very poorly managed and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The person on the phone was incredibly unpleasant, and there isn’t even an in-person reception. Our room wasn’t what we expected: the bathroom was open to the bedroom, and the awful smell made the whole place smell like sewage while we slept.

We had a great stay, even though it was just one night. We hope to come back soon and stay longer.

I’ve never felt so ripped off. What we got looked nothing like the photos, and was far worse than what we booked and paid for. The room was old, dark and smelly, with terrible quality. We left as soon as we saw it without staying the night, and of course they refused to refund us. A rip-off!

We booked one night through Booking.com and loved the stay. The two owners, who are brothers, treated us wonderfully and suggested places to visit nearby. Breakfast was 10/10. I’d recommend it 10000%, and we’d happily return.
