Mari Carmen was so attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, and she shared plenty of ideas for places to eat and things to do. We came as a couple, but the house would work great for a group too. It’s beautiful and in a perfect spot.

The terrace has views over Villena and a barbecue, which must be lovely in summer. The house is beautifully renovated and very cozy, with plenty of space for a group. The main drawback is access: there are lots of stairs, and even the sidewalk isn’t very accessible, so it’s not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

The kitchen needs a better clean, and the breakfast utensils are very basic. There’s a damp smell throughout the house, especially in the kitchen cupboard, so everything stored inside smells too. The layout is extremely inconvenient, with stairs to get everywhere, including the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. They should make clear that it isn’t accessible for everyone.

Mari Carmen is a sweetheart, really friendly and attentive. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable, close to the castle, with great views. Highly recommended.
