Hostal Vinuesa

Ana and Félix are so approachable, and they made us feel at home. The hostal is small, cozy, in a peaceful spot, and well located. Parking was easy on the same street. We booked at the last minute and got a ground-floor room beside reception, with windows onto the inner garden, so it was a little noisy during the day. At night, though, it was completely quiet. One thing I’d improve is breakfast. It’s quite cheap at 5€, but basic; we’d have been happy to pay more for cold cuts, cheese, ham, and so on. The tomato they serve is freshly picked from the garden, by the way. Delicious!

The breakfast was fantastic, and the place was clean, quiet, and well located. We stayed three days and everything went great. Ana and Félix were kind and helpful hosts.

Mariano, Ana’s father, is passionate about mushrooms, and we hope we can come back next year so he can join us. Mushroom picking wasn’t the plan for this weekend, but after meeting him we said we’d return if we can. Ana and Félix were incredibly welcoming, and the room was just right, with a bed like a dream. Everything was perfect during our stay this weekend. Thanks for being so kind and friendly. We hope to see you again soon, and recommend the place 100%. Thanks for everything.

Félix gave us tips for mushroom picking, and we came home with loads. We’ll definitely return! My wife, daughter, and I spent three nights here, and the friendly, helpful couple made us feel right at home. It’s a great base for relaxing and exploring the area.
