Casa Rural Poblado de Bazán II

Mr. Juan and his wife were lovely, so attentive to everything we needed. We spent five days there in July, and the house was fantastic, with a superb pool and barbecue. The service was excellent. I’d happily return as soon as I can, and highly recommend it.

The weak Wi-Fi was a real problem since there’s no cell service, so you’re completely cut off. Also, the sprinklers ran for at least an hour around 12 or 1 pm, making us leave the pool or stop sunbathing. Early morning or late afternoon would be better times for them. Inside, everything was very clean, and the garden and spacious pool were very well maintained. The house itself was generally fine, and we had a good stay, but the kitchenware was limited and outdated. We missed having glasses and cups for breakfast, and both pans were sticky. The refrigerator didn’t cool properly, and some food spoiled, though it was August and very hot.

We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The house was welcoming, with the large garden, lovely pool, and barbecue we were looking for. The owner was very kind and attentive.

The garden, gazebo, and especially the pool made the house a great place to spend hours relaxing and soaking up the quiet, away from city noise. Juan was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help if anything came up. Nearby villages are just a short drive away for excursions.
