Big rooms for a cheap price, and the people around were great. I really loved staying there and would recommend it if you're spending a few days in the city. Just great.

A peaceful place, only 10 mins from Vitoria. We stayed for the IM Vitoria and found it very convenient.

We rented the whole house, and it was clean, spacious, and only a short walk from central Vitoria. The trouble was how the price was handled. We wanted Friday through Sunday for 800 euros, but the owner said that because it was Holy Week we had to book Thursday through Sunday. That was fine, and she asked us to transfer 100 euros to confirm. She never said there'd be an added charge. When she came for the balance at the house, we paid 700 euros and got a receipt. After she'd left, she called asking for another 400 euros for Thursday night. We told her we'd never agreed to that. She said the 800 euros covered Friday to Sunday, but she had insisted we rent from Thursday, or she wouldn't rent to us, and hadn't told us there'd be an extra 400 euros. After we talked, she admitted she hadn't explained the additional charge, though she said we should have assumed it. We paid the difference and filed a complaint, since the group's total cost went up by 400 euros because of her mistake. The house was also unbearably hot. We tried several times to turn down the heating, but couldn't. Her handling of this was very poor. Future guests should make sure the price is clear before arriving.
