At 10 AM, right in the breakfast rush, only two employees were covering both the food area and the front desk. Guests in both places ended up waiting while the staff tried to handle everything. With so few people, they couldn't keep food and cutlery stocked, clear the rubbish and dirty dishes, and help those at reception in time. Maybe running four or five services with two staff is cheaper, but it came across as cheap and made all of them terrible. Not having enough workers is a sure way to ruin the customer experience.

I was only there for two nights and had no real problems. I just wish slippers were included in the room. The air conditioner only blows cold air.

The room was nice and the price fairly good. Service was so slow it was close to unacceptable. I don't have much more to say.

My office booked this place again a month after my first stay, this time for a different room, but the elevator still made the same awful noise. It screeches loudly enough to be heard throughout the hotel. During my earlier visit, lots of people complained, and staff said a technician would be there soon.

The rooms are large but feel empty, and breakfast doesn't offer many choices. There's no air conditioning, so be careful in summer. I'd avoid a west-facing room, since the sun heats it up.
