La Casa de Santa María Lofts

The bed was nice, and the place is comfortable. It’s right in the center, so it’s no surprise you can’t park nearby. There’s just 15 minutes for drop-off. Getting there carefully feels like a crime, though.

Right in the center of Vitoria, this is an excellent place to stay. Resu, the owner, was attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed in several apartments at Casa de Santa María over multiple visits, and they’ve all been pleasant and comfortable. They were very clean and well maintained, which made each stay a pleasure. The apartments are quiet and right in the heart of Vitoria, so it’s easy to get around on foot and see the city. Ana was especially friendly and attentive. I had a couple of questions or issues about traffic and driving in Vitoria, and she replied quickly and helped sort things out. She made everything easy and clearly cared about helping the stay go smoothly. My only drawback was the parking. I usually travel by car and look for a spot, and the lot is about an 8-10 minute walk away. It’s not a major problem, though, given how good the location is. I’d stay here again when I’m in Vitoria.

You’re right in Vitoria-Gasteiz’s old town, close to the historic sights, with restaurants, bars, cafés, and nightclubs all around. Despite that, the apartment is well soundproofed and we couldn’t hear the street. The apartment is decent, though it needs some maintenance. There’s mold in the shower, and the walls need repainting. The bed is spacious, but softer than I prefer.
