There's a view over the countryside and a little farm with two cows, and the room was spacious. It's an older place with a different feel, tucked down a small alley. Everyone at reception was kind and helpful, and there's outdoor parking. It's a good option if you can't get a sea-view room or want to spend less. The TV was tiny, and there was no fridge or air conditioning, though I didn't need those. I recommend it.

The staff were friendly, and the location was very quiet with private parking. The hotel and rooms are old-fashioned, but clean. Shame the breakfast wasn't very good, just coffee, orange juice, and toast with butter and jam.

The staff were very friendly, and parking was good. The location also worked well for getting to the entertainment areas. But we were on the fourth floor, and the elevator only went up to the third, so we had to haul our suitcase up the stairs. The room was noisy: the elevator motor was right beside it on that floor, and each time it started, it sounded like it was in the room. The pipes creaked whenever we flushed or turned on a sink tap, and even the transformers in the fluorescent lights over the bed buzzed.

You can walk everywhere from this well located hotel, and it was clean. The furniture and bathrooms are original and quite old, though, and both they and the mattresses need updating. The reception staff seemed a bit clueless.

We'd arrived a day early with no booking, and hotels were really expensive at that time of year. Our son was staying at the AS AREAS II, so we stopped to ask, and the wonderful receptionist immediately found us a room at this hotel. We practically hugged her! Everyone there was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the decor.
