Highly recommend this hotel. The location, room, and hospitality were all nice. The manager gets in touch ahead of time by email, WhatsApp, or phone. I had a few questions about getting around the city, and they were all answered well.

The room was spotless, with a big double bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There was also a coffee maker, a large bottle of water, and a small fridge for anything we wanted to keep cold. Breakfast is available as a light option. We got a warm welcome at the clean, uncluttered reception, along with a local map of Xátiva old town and an explanation of the main areas and attractions. It’s a short walk to the old town center and market square by the cathedral, with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants. So glad we found this little gem.

The room was tidy and clean, and the staff kindly showed us to it. I thought I’d enjoy our stay, but after check-in we went to shower and had hot water for only about 4 minutes. Before we got to the room, the staff responded quickly, but never replied when we reported the hot water problem, so we had to take a cold shower that night. There was just one rinsing cup for two people, too. In my case, there was no parking nearby, and I spent about 15 minutes wandering around to find a space.

The hotel sits below a mountain in a beautiful town, and my son and I had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean, updated, and stylish. The owner kindly collected us from the train station and carried my heavy suitcase up to the second floor, since there’s no elevator. I’d mistakenly thought breakfast was included, but there’s no breakfast or restaurant on site. There is coffee and water in the room. Street repairs also meant we had no water in the room for a day, from 13:00-20:00, which was annoying.
