Deltamar is a quiet, family-friendly development in Xeraco, close to the sea and surrounded by nature. Its peaceful atmosphere suits retirees looking for a calm place to live, as well as families wanting somewhere safe and child-friendly. The community is welcoming, and in high season there are activities to bring neighbors together. The development is only a few meters from Xeraco Beach, known for its fine sand and clear water. It has a large, well-kept communal pool, landscaped green spaces for relaxing or walking, tennis courts and other outdoor sports facilities, and controlled access. The apartments are designed to make good use of natural light and take in views of the sea or nearby mountains. They range from smaller one- or two-bedroom units to larger duplexes. Getting there is straightforward, with access to the N-332 and AP-7, and the Xeraco train station connects to Gandía and Valencia. Valencia is about an hour away. There are some shops and restaurants nearby, though a wider choice means going to a larger town such as Gandía. A car is almost essential for trips beyond the complex. With natural areas around it and the beach just steps away, Deltamar is a peaceful option for a seaside holiday or a permanent home, especially for people who value quiet and the outdoors.

We’re back for our second year in a row. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly complex in a great spot, perfect for a quiet break with the kids. Gandia is only a short trip away if you fancy something livelier. We’ll definitely return.

The beach here has lovely golden sand and room for long walks without the crowds. The apartment complex is 50m from the beach, with direct access and a shared pool. The one I stayed in had two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, two small terraces, Wi-Fi, and all the basics needed for a holiday.

The apartment could do with renovation, though reviews from other guests suggest the condition depends on which one you get. The complex itself is excellent, with direct access to the beach from the pool, and works well for families with children.

Deltamar 67 is in a quiet complex with good facilities and an excellent location, but the apartment needs updating. The mattresses and pillows were disgusting. We asked for the small bedroom mattress to be replaced, and they did replace it. The double mattress was uncomfortable and the bed frame made a lot of noise. There were only three glasses and two teaspoons, though they brought us six new glasses. The toilet seat was fixed on just one side, and the sink leaked and had a strong damp smell.
