La Casa Rural de Carlos

We stayed in one of the four small apartments, which are nicely decorated and equipped very well. One has two beds, while the other three have four each. The owner was so kind and welcoming, and kept checking that we were comfortable. It felt like a real little retreat for relaxing and having a good time. Plenty of hotels could take a lesson from him.

Carlos made a big difference, answering all our questions and helping whenever we had a concern. He also suggested places to see, eat, or stop for a drink. The shared garden is a lovely spot to sit with a drink or a book and unwind. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and well kept, close to what we needed but away from the crowds. We found the four-apartment rural house in Xeresa while looking for somewhere near Gandía beach, and it's very close to Xeraco and Gandía's North Beach. A great place to relax and enjoy yourself, highly recommended.

The lovely interior courtyard, with its trees and decorations, is on the way to the apartment. It's an old comb factory turned into four apartments, with mountain views and orange groves all around. Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom, a cozy living room, and a terrace for sunbathing or having coffee. Carlos was friendly, kind, and devoted to making the stay nice. It felt like home, and we'd want to come back. Gandía is a 10-minute drive away, and hiking trails start right at the property. 100% recommended.

The house was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful too, with lots of things to do nearby. We spent the weekend there as two adults with a child. Carlos was very kind and attentive the whole time. We hope to come back.
