The pool wasn't open when we visited, since it wasn't summer, which was a shame. Still, we really loved our stay. The staff were lovely and very professional, and it felt like they'd thought of everything. There's a kitchen guests can use, too.

We booked the Grape Suite for a romantic getaway, and it came with a jacuzzi. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, though normally you reserve a private room with its own key and share the rest of the house with the other guests. It's a fairly large house, with a swimming pool and barbecue area outside. The shared spaces include an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of utensils, a coffee maker, dishes, glassware and a dishwasher, plus a dining area with a large table. There's also a relaxation area with very comfortable sofas, coffee tables and a fireplace, as well as a pool table. Meals aren't included, but they leave everything needed for breakfast: juices, coffee capsules, bread for toast, butter, jam and pastries.

The views of the Sierra del Carche mountains are beautiful, and the setting is so peaceful. It's got all the amenities and is tastefully decorated.

Surrounded by vineyards, this is a beautiful, amazing place to unwind. If relaxing is what you're after, this is the place.
