We brought our child and felt very comfortable here. The apartment is in a peaceful spot, away from the city bustle, and the 24-hour reception was there if we needed anything. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and they even provided tourist information. It was clean every day, spacious and comfortable, with that at-home feel. A great base for Toledo and the surrounding area. A definite 10 out of 10.

The staff were quick to help when we arrived on the day of the power outage, arranging for us to stay at a hotel run by the same company. Great service, and I’d happily come back. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need, including kitchenware, a washing machine, oven, microwave, Wi-Fi and two large TVs. Everything feels brand new. It’s easy to get to and parking is readily available. Toledo and Puy du Fou are about 25 minutes away by car.

This was our second stay, and we’ll be back again. The apartment is excellent, with great amenities and really good customer service.

It’s a nice place, just not quite as impressive as the owner makes it sound. They take a deposit and return it three days after you leave. I’d never come across that before.
