Hotel Central Yuncos

We couldn’t sleep at all because other customers were noisy all night, and there was nobody on site to help with the noise or our complaint. The check-in machine’s speaker was extremely loud, with no one nearby to assist. The bathroom faucet had a very short neck and was really difficult to use.

We needed to check in at the last minute, and the staff were really helpful. Their English was very good too. One of the few highlights of our business trip.

The room was modern, renovated, clean and quiet, and the bed was a marvel. It was spacious and so comfortable that we slept like royalty. Street parking behind the hotel was easy. It’s a great base for Toledo or Puy du Fou, about a 30-minute drive away. For the price, this hotel is fantastic. There isn’t someone sitting at reception, but they answer straight away over the video system. You get into the room with a code and can reach them on WhatsApp too. There’s a café next door with an entrance from inside the hotel, and everything we had was delicious. Breakfast was a real treat, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The room was great, the cleaning staff were really friendly, and the cafeteria was perfect. Reception was the problem. They changed the access code without calling to tell us, and then we had to wait 15 minutes for them to answer the phone. There’s no reception desk, everything is handled by phone. I’d give reception a 1, but I liked the other things.
