The location is right in the center, with plenty nearby, and check-in was easy. The staff were friendly enough at first, but the stay was disappointing where it counted. The bed and pillow made it hard to get comfortable, and sleep became a chore. There was hair in the bathroom, and the drain meant stopping and waiting during a shower. The Wi-Fi was basically unusable. I kept switching networks and trying passwords, then ended up downstairs in the little lobby with two chairs, where other guests seemed to be doing the same. Reception also sometimes steps away and locks up, leaving you waiting outside. Watch your head on the stairs too, the ceiling is low and there’s no warning.

For a bargain price, I got a huge room, great water pressure, and really friendly staff. It’s right in the town center, and they let me keep my bike in the luggage room.

Really good value. The rooms were recently refurbished and clean, with AC, heating and decent WiFi. The staff were very friendly and let me check in early.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and simple, with recent renovations. I stayed for a week in mid-September, and the location worked really well, next to the Alcazar and across from Plaza España, with the town’s best bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Excellent value. I highly recommend it.
