Casa de Belén - Rural Accommodation

The location is great and the price is right. Our room was large, though quite dark, and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked well, and the manager was friendly. There’s also a pretty courtyard inside where they serve breakfast. I was surprised that toilet paper couldn’t be put in the toilet.

We stayed in early March 2020, when the town was very quiet, and had dinner at the only restaurant open nearby. The hotel was very clean, with a really comfy, large bed. Downstairs there was a welcoming spot to sit and relax, with lots of information about the area. Shops and the castle were close by.

The reason to stay here is the lovely little village of Zahara, with its splendid view across the lake. It’s a budget friendly hotel. I spent one night in a single room, which was okay, nothing fancy. The inside of the hotel looks lovely, and breakfast was good.

A traditional Campo hostel, basic and clean. The inside is looking a little tired, and the rooms could use an update. If you just need a simple, no-frills place to sleep, it fits.
