The apartment is wonderful, and the basement really impressed us. Part of the old medieval wall is incorporated into the house walls and courtyard. It used to be a shop, and the location is excellent. Elena, who works there, was very friendly and explained all sorts of details.

Free parking can be found at the end of the street. The apartment itself is spotless, well kept, and fully equipped, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sofa bed, and a complete kitchen. Balconies look out from both sides: the rear ones face the remains of the city wall, and the front ones overlook Zamora's most emblematic street. It's right in the center. Communication and instructions from the staff were excellent. There’s one apartment per floor in the building, and it has an elevator. Highly recommended.

We were very comfortable and will definitely come back. Elena was incredibly helpful, sharing information from the booking right through checkout. The place was clean and well equipped, right in the heart of Zamora on one of Europe's most beautiful streets.
