Apartamentos Augusta Centro

The street was hard to get around and very noisy. With construction and unpaved roads on Agustina de Aragón Street, we couldn't drive up to the building, and there was garbage at the entrance and around the neighborhood. On the fourth floor, the apartment smelled strongly of drugs, along with some chemical odor and air freshener inside. Both the bathroom and kitchen drains leaked, the shower fitting was broken, and the broken washing machine flooded the kitchen. They sent a cleaner to deal with the water. The dirty walls, unhygienic curtains and sofa, and awful decor made things worse. Never again.

No wheelchair access at all. There was one two-door wardrobe for eight people, and the room decorations looked like scraps from who knows where. The stair railing was eaten away by moths, and the elevator smelled awful and damp. The bathroom door was moldy, the sink clogged, and none of the taps had water pressure. We spent the whole weekend with cold showers because, after we complained several times about the broken water heater, nobody came to check it. No coffee maker or iron in the apartment either, and you'd have to go back to the hotel to find them. If they still have one, maybe they'll give it to you. Terrible experience. Not recommended.

Good value for the money, and the aparthotel is inexpensive and well organized. The catch is that parking isn't free.

I've been waiting months for a reply to my email about being charged twice by mistake and getting the extra charge refunded. Please respond and sort it out.
