Apartamentos Dos Torres - Ribera Suite

The low bedroom and bathroom ceilings caught me out several times, even though I'm short, so watch your head. On the plus side, the air conditioning worked well, the balcony was small but pleasant, and the location is very central. Parking is close, about a five-minute walk and up some stairs from the train station. Our main problem was the late arrival. Check-in was meant to be at 3:00 PM. Around 2:00 PM, we asked if we could get in a little earlier and were told they were running behind. We understood that an early check-in might not be possible, but we didn't get in until 5:00 PM, two hours after the stated time. That's never happened to us before. The Wi-Fi was available, but we couldn't connect to work. We reported it and were told no one could come fix it until the next day. The man said we could leave later than 11:00 AM if we wanted and let him know if we were coming back, but that didn't feel like much of a gesture. They were late letting us in, and the connection didn't work. I think they should have offered at least a discount, since two very important things they promised weren't delivered. I hope they'll take this into consideration.
