Apartamentos El Pilar 3000

We rented two apartments for groups of ten, and they worked out perfectly. The area is quiet and has good public transport links, lots of shops, and a shopping center nearby. Parking was quite good. The apartments are pretty basic in terms of amenities, but adequate. We could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper.

There are plenty of supermarkets and grocery stores around, and the apartment was in good condition with good transport connections. We had very little cell phone reception, though, and there was no Wi-Fi. The kitchen was short on utensils too, including scissors for opening bottles or wine. Still, it's a good option.

As a neighbor, I've seen how this business affects families living here and disturbs the peace of the neighborhood. This is a residential area, not a tourist one, and the activity adds to the conflict around tourist rentals in the city. I think businesses like this would fit better in places set up specifically for tourists. This business is in a residential neighborhood rather than a tourist area. I've noticed the disruption it causes for local families and the way it disturbs the neighborhood's peace. It also adds pressure to the housing market and contributes to the growth of short-term tourist rentals in the city. I believe this kind of business belongs in areas specifically designed to host tourists.

There are only three hangers for four bedrooms, and my room has two small lamps I can't switch on because there aren't enough outlets. The beds wobble like a fairground ride, so every movement makes you feel you might fall. Not even a hairdryer, something guesthouses have. Honestly, shameful. I won't come back or recommend it.
