We found it handy for a short visit, with a good night's sleep between walks around the lovely city. The room was small, but clean and pleasant. The main sights are only about a five-minute walk away. One thing we hadn't known is that a Red Cross office is in the building, and people are staying there during their adaptation period.

The staff were attentive and easy to chat with, and the location is great. The room itself was just okay. This is an immigrant hostel, and the residents seemed to use all the shared areas as their living space. It worked for resting and sleeping in my room, but little else stood out. As a pilgrim, I've stayed in places both worse and better.

I arrived to find a dirty room, even though I was the only one in a four-bed dorm, and there wasn't a remote for the AC. The bathrooms were basic and not very clean either. I don't even know what else to say. Avoid this place and pay more for somewhere nicer.

I really liked how secure and simple the locker was to use: it took the same key as the room door. The room was quite tidy, but there was no soap or hand-drying option in the bathroom. I saw the same lack of those things in bathrooms on other floors too.

The location is great, and the access card works for the locker too, which is convenient. The place could use maintenance and wasn't very clean. Also, reception isn't open all day and night, so arriving late or leaving early could be awkward.
