Zrooms&Suites Hostel Boutique

Quaint, quiet, and clean, with a very good location.

They canceled my room just half an hour before check-in, with no explanation at all. I had a confirmed reservation and everything was in order, but there was no call, no email, and no solution. They didn’t apologize or offer compensation or another place to stay. I was left with my suitcases and nowhere to sleep. It was the most deplorable, unprofessional hotel experience I’ve had, with disastrous management, nonexistent customer service, and a ridiculous lack of responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you don’t want to be left searching for a hotel at the last minute because of an incompetent team, run away from here.

The location was the only good part of our stay. My partner and I had wanted to book a room here for a while, and when we finally got to the Black Suite, the toilet seat was broken. We filmed it just in case. The air conditioning also didn’t work. When we reported it, they treated us like idiots who couldn’t operate it, then eventually stopped replying and left us to manage on our own. There was nobody at reception and no room service. The projector kept overheating, an annoying warning appeared on screen, and the lights were so bright they woke us up at night when we moved around. It was terrible, and the service was awful.

I went with my partner on September 14th. The cost was 254 euros, including a 100-euro deposit they were supposed to return. When we arrived, nobody helped or explained how to open the door. A man showed me how to get in; otherwise, no one would have appeared. I called them, but they paid no attention. We left the next day, and I filmed the room to show we’d left it in perfect condition. After reading reviews, I was worried they wouldn’t return the deposit, which they had asked for VIA BIZUM. Two days passed with no refund, and after several calls there still wasn’t a response. I had to get serious and say I’d report them that morning if they didn’t return it, since I had videos of everything. They replied in less than an hour after I said that, and I got my money. Funny how quickly it came after days of being ignored. I won’t repeat this experience.
