The food was good value, and dinner was fresh with a local menu. The staff were really friendly and helpful with booking and when we arrived. A good place for tourists and pilgrims.

There was a mix-up with our arrival date, but the hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the food! Dinner was amazing.

A handy place to stay while walking the Camino. Great location, and the staff were super friendly.

The location is excellent, on the corner of Music Square beside the Camino. You can walk on level ground to the beach and Martine walkway, and to my favourite part of Zarautz, with the Church, Tower & History Museum complex. I'd definitely come back when I do the Camino again. I enjoyed my stay while walking the Camino del Norte. The Reception team provided excellent service, and dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs were good. My room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom and shower were fine. I slept well.
