Apartamentos Posadas de Granadilla

A fine stop for the night while traveling. The staff were friendly.

That's all right.

I wouldn't rent these houses unless booking through Booking.com. It seems they don't leave the place in good shape when they think there won't be a review. When I arrived, the house hadn't been cleaned, and the key wasn't where it should be. They told me over the phone to take another key, but it wouldn't open the door. The third one I tried finally worked, but the place was filthy: no TV signal, dust everywhere, a greasy remote, a wet bathroom, and a bed with only one white sheet. The hairdryer was broken and belonged in the trash. The smell was repulsive too. I emailed photos and was offered a refund for just one of the two nights I booked, even though I hadn't been there for an hour. When I said I'd file a complaint, he mocked me. He's unprofessional, doesn't do his job or apologize, and instead gets defensive and attacks. I'm not sharing the conversation because it's illegal, but I am posting some of my photos. For €60 a night for one person, there's no basic level of cleanliness or courtesy.

We've spent about a year trying to book using a gift box, and they've canceled on us twice. When we tried for a third time, they said they wouldn't accept gift boxes starting in January. It feels like they've been stringing us along this whole time. The staff we dealt with, especially Eduardo, were curt, rude, and inattentive. They also ignored phone calls and WhatsApp messages until it suited them. I don't know how he can work with the public. We won't be back.
