Camping & Bungalows Zumaia

The site was immaculate, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked for a week and ended up staying three. There’s a bus and train nearby, but it was too far for me to walk. I’ll definitely come back!

The bathrooms were fairly clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s a nice campsite in a not-bad location, with a restaurant on site, though I wasn’t happy with the food there. Overall, it was good.

We stayed as a family of four, with children aged three and one. The facilities were excellent, clean, and plentiful. The showers and baby baths were especially useful, and the boys loved the playground. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pitches were very cramped. We just managed to fit our six-person tent and Ford Focus, and had very little gravel outside the tent because half the pitch was grass and half gravel. That might be fine in a camper, but we had to put our tent on the grass. When it rained, the grass turned to mud and the tent got filthy. There were too many pitches packed together, so it was noisy, with camper van doors opening and slamming until midnight. Mixed feelings: clean and nice enough, but we wouldn’t return.

The best campsite on our tour from Switzerland to Bilbao. The bathrooms and toilets were very clean, and the reception staff were extremely professional and friendly. Thanks so much for the excellent service.
