De Leopol Hotel

We waited as long as two hours for food, and room problems took ages to sort out, with little efficiency. The price didn't match the quality of service, and the whole stay was a big disappointment. I can't recommend this hotel.

Food ran out before even half our guests had been served, and the venue refused to serve the remaining 200 people. There were plenty of other problems during the event, too. For our wedding on December 21, 2025, we paid for the “Gold Menu,” but the food was terrible and very poor quality. We were charged for one beverage per guest, yet just 3 drinks came for 8 people. When we asked for what we'd already paid for, staff refused, so we had to pay ourselves for another 146 drinks. It was one of the worst venue experiences we've had. I'd strongly advise avoiding this place. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a wedding venue. If negative stars were possible, I'd give them.

The hotel was great and sits in a convenient area. I went to the recent bazar there and had a great time. There were free coctails and lots of quality, beautiful things for sale, including cookies, cloathes, cups, furnitures, and other decorating items. I'd suggest visiting the place, and hope you enjoy your stay.

At our nephew's wedding on December 21, 2025, we expected good food, generous servings, and attentive care because we'd paid for the Gold Service lunch package. Instead, the food was poor and there clearly wasn't enough for the guests. Our table of eight received only three beverages. When we asked for more food and drinks, the staff refused to replenish what had already been paid for. They were uncooperative instead of helping, and the lack of professionalism and accountability took away from what should have been a happy occasion. The whole experience fell short in every way. I hope management takes this seriously and improves things so other customers don't go through the same disappointment.
